Our Online Group Classes — Built Around You
Every exercise in our live Zoom classes can be done seated or standing — you choose what works best for you on the day. For those who are able, there is also a gentle floor option available. Nothing is compulsory. James guides the group through each exercise, adapting as he goes, so whether you have Parkinson's, diabetes, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, COPD, or a hip or knee replacement — you can always participate safely and at your own pace.
James is a very thorough trainer and very precise in terms of ensuring you do exercises correctly and body position is safe and effective. He helped my friend and I recover from long covid and progress our fitness to the point where we could progress to regular gym membership
